Now KV is trying to put everyone else on the defensive. I couldn't ever imagine buy a cue from him.

Exactly. Now its everyone else's fault for him not getting cues out to PAYING customers that have been waiting up to a year or more. I bet it must feel nice to be a Varney customer and to be told you are a liar by the man himself. Now he wants to attack people like manwon (which I havent seen a post from him that was out of line) to take the pressure off of him being WAY behind on customers sticks.

And I dont get this "hate posse" thing. KV shouldnt flatter himself into thinking we are out to get him. Its not the "posse's" fault for false promises on cues that he got full amounts on in advance which is ludacris to begin with...

Again Eric. There is a difference between respecting and defending a friend and respecting and defending someone in an indefensible position.

Even with KVs response, little is settled. We now know why he was not communicating with people bit his defensive and agressive manner makes his rep as a businessman even more questionable.

Your inability to see beyond your undying loyalty and your freakish love for Varney is actually sad at this point. Defending someone who is wrongfully accused is noble. Defending someone because (wait... Why are you defending him again?) is just plain dumb.

...The anonymous internet shields a lot of you, because had you been talking in person, you wouldn't have said near the comments you would have, specifically the jabs at fellow AZ'rs.

I beg to differ with you...

I would have sunburned that girl whether KV did the right thing or the wrong thing, no matter what anyone else thought about the situation. Anonymity had nothing to do with it!

Kevin,
I haven't heard from you and your pm box is full. Any updates?
Thanks
Wow.. I find it very pathetic that this man cannot get a refund as requested....

Troy, you've been 10x more patient than I ever would've been....

tort lawyers work for a cut of the judgment. Also, if there are a lot of unhappy people then class action is possible. And of course there is always small claims. Those are just the justice system recourses.

Among other options are, oh I dunno, letting everyone know what kind of person KV really is? Taking people's money (if that indeed turns out to be the case) will potentially cost him a lot more in the long run if it destroys his business.

But considering these issues are long off. Gotta figure out what's really going on with him first, although all indications are increasingly negative...

if he doesn't complete the cues i think it would qualify as electronic fraud. if he was paid through paypal that is.

i think if you mailed a USPS money order and sent it through USPS mail, you can get someone for mail fraud,if they don't send you what you paid for.

i bought a set of Golf Clubs on Ebay and after 2-3 months of no clubs i went to the USPS and told them i had paid a guy $400 for a set of golf clubs and mailed him a USPS money order.the postal inspector actually took me seriously and contacted the guy to get his story and i recieved a full refund a week or two later.

anyone who paid by check or credit card would probably also have a case.

Not that this helps a whole lot of people, but in my opinion Kevin has gotten extremely busy, and has other family situations that require his attention. I have had nothing but outstanding dealings with Kevin. From what I have seen, he is delayed however he will deliver.... I hope that all of the naysayers will come on and give him a 17 page thank you note when everything comes through.

I wish both Kevin and his customers all the best.

Are you serious?

You can't believe this situation is about a family man having troubles.
The guyhasn't even contacted his customer who has paid in fullto rectify his problem.
Even the Varney worshippers have to be getting disgusted by now:rolleyes: .
