Here is a new one I completed a few weeks ago. I thought I would share some pictures of it. The handle is 3 sections of Elforyn, that is engraved. The Trim rings on this cue are inlayed veneers to match the point veneers. I had this cue at the Midwest Cue show in Dayton along with some others that I will try to post when I get some time. Thanks for looking

Tim,

First of all, thanks for coming to Dayton and supporting the show! It was a pleasure to meeting you.

I'm glad you posted this cue. Folks, this work is spectacular!!! Very clean and precise. It doesn't take much time when talking with Tim to understand he is a perfectionist. He brought some fine work to the show, and this cue is top shelf work without a doubt.

Engraving.....

What a great feeling to finally complete and see a cue like this..
All the planning, programming and execution come together to make
a really high end looking cue..
ICCS Bound?....
Congrats on a cue well done!!

Hey bub, good to see you posting.

We met at the Midwest Cue Show. I really liked your "sneaky petes" and dad was looking at your Osage Orange cue.

This one is fantastic.

I'M NOT A FAN OF HIGH/LOW POINTS, OR REVERSE POINTS IN THE BUTT SLEEVE, BUT THIS CUE IS VERY STRIKING. THE RINGS ARE UNIQUE, AND THAT'S RARE TO SEE ANYMORE.

IS THE CUE FOR SALE? DO YOU HAVE OTHERS WITH SIMILAR RINGS FOR SALE? DO YOU HAVE A WEB SITE?

Marcus

Thank you for all the compliments on this cue. I will be posting more pictures of cues as soon as i get some time in the next few days. I am glad that people seem to be noticing the ring work. This cue has 360 pieces just in the inlaid trim rings alone. Most of my cues are now carrying some configuration of this ring design (different colors and variations of the design).

Jamie,
it was great meeting you and everyone else at the midwest cue show. We had a great time, and it gave me a chance to start showing some of the work that i have been doing. I hope to be able to do it again next year. Thanks for the kind words about me and the cues too.

I saw this cue at the midwest show its stunning Tim does great work and is a super person to deal with he is a person to watch in the cuemaking field he is only going one way to the top good luck Tim

Love the cue. Like everyone else, those rings are freakn awesome.

I would also like to say that it's nice to see someone building a high end cue and using a ivory substitute.

Classic colors, perfect proportions, and amazing work. This cue flows great. And although very nice, these pics do not compare to seeing it in person. Top-notch workmanship, and they hit a ton. Your stuff is coming along great, Tim. Still love mine. Thanks.

Jim

What is the weight of this cue? I have wondered how much a cue with an elforyn handle would weigh. Do you need to core to add weight or take weight away?

Thanks for the info.

The weight of the cue is 20.4 oz. The elforyn had to be cored to remove some of the weight. I am building another like it for a customer, but he wants the cue to come in just under 19 oz which shouldn't be a problem. The elforyn does have some weight to it, so coring it is necessary for a handle like this, in my opinion.

Tim has really been doing great work for a long time now. Not only do his cues look awesome, they play just as great!

I already have 2 cues from Tim and now have a 3rd on order. Every time I look at this cue it makes waiting for mine that much harder! :frown:
