Zone...........how does it grab U ?
One of the few times I've been in the zone, my opponent had to stop me as I reached for my break cue to prepare to break the next rack. He had to stop me to tell me it was over and that I had won. I had no idea what the score was, and that I had just run the last two racks to finish it.
Best feeling I've ever had................................however, I remember nothing about it or what I did.

When I am in the zone everything is easy and I play at a quicker pace. I really don't stop and think,it's already there.
Seems to me a large percentage of these posts are Colorado based, so here is mine.
The table seems to have no legs....just the surface is all I see. If I am at a tourney when it happens no one else exists, just me and the
leg-less table. And last but not least if I can think it I can do it.
Dead stroke don't come around near enough.
I zoned last week for about three hours. Hit everything I shot. All net. Never hit a rail. I thought afterwards that I finally had the game figured out.
The next day my balls were rattling in the pockets just like always. That's the problem with the zone. The depression that follows when you find out
that your exceptional play was just that. Exceptional.
But the high is worth it. You know it's inside you somewhere.
It's the thin air here. We only think we are in the zone because our brains are starved for oxygen. Try playing at a mile high altitude.
When to rent money is on the line and you have to Zone is a rush! If you lose you crash. I hate when I crash.
