tried ta buy that cue from the original owner about 4 or 5 years ago!
couldnt ever git the tightwad to git right on price
nice rosewood gsb eric!
Glad it didnt work out.

Just kidding. Kinda, I really love this cue. I'm not being disrepsctful Jeff so please dont take it that way. I was just in the right place at the right time to be able to buy it. I wouldnt take $50,000 for it. To me there isnt a number on this cue-but thats me, in the market it would have a number(i'd guess $25-$30K-i dont really know), but this cue wont be on the market until something real bad happens-I die. To me this cue and a few other other ones I own have no number on them, this one is at the top of that list.
It is my favorite cue(did i mention that??

), propellors are my favorite, not to much or too little inlays(so its still a player) what cues are for in the first place, The wood is real pretty(my camera sucks-i used a iPhone for the pics). The history and the fact it plays so good is what makes it my favorite cue.
The big loaded up monster cues are great, like the new Boar Steve just got with 800 inlays, Or a loaded up 8pt Gus. Those cues are in a differert class to me, its like compairing a moterhome to a Ferrari to a Mac truck. You really cant compair them, they all do the same thing but in a different way. So I have my favorite Super fancy cues, historical cues, Champions cues(like a cue Mosconi owned etc), real old cues etc. So in all the different catagorys I have a favorite cue-like a cue my dad gave me. So if I take all my favorite cues (weather I own them or not) out of each catagory(historical, fanct, expensive, player etc.) this cue is my pick of them all. Like "best of show" kinda thing.
I'm just lucky to own this cue thats all. Beyond lucky. Alot of things had to line up just right in my life to be blessed enough to have this cue. I knew that the second I saw it. The seller left some $$$ on the table-he is reading this so I have to bust his balls

. thanks man!!!!
There is another cue out there that I am in love with is Ed Kellys box cue, the Ginacue. Will Prout is taking carre of that cue currently

. And the Bushka with a Gus foream Mr. Paul (i still cant remember his last name

) has is up there too. I will probably never own those cues but thats ok, as long as I know where they are at and can see them its ok with me. I dont have to own a cue to enjoy it-unless I want to play with it, and those 2 cues I doubt I'd play with.
thanks again everyone. I'm not big on posting pics of my cues-I mentioned this cue like a year ago in a thread talking about how thick/thin hoppie rings should be, I was going to post it then. Give me a few months and I'll come with a different historical cue, Jeff knows what i'm talking about.
gotta get work
