This past Tuesday night, my boyfriend's mom had a pretty bad stroke. Her husband found her lying outside next to her car in the garage. It was pretty cold out that day too. She was admitted into the hosiptal that day. She is currently in ICU, and things are not looking good. They got the results of the 2nd cat scan this morning, and the swelling in her head has not receeded yet. We are all very afraid it could be fatal. Please say a prayer for his mom, Sue. She is a great lady. It was a complete surprise and is really tough on all of us.

Thank you ahead of time for any nice thoughts or comments.

best wishes

Thank you to those of you who have had us in your thoughts and prayers. Sue is still in the ICU, but today she opened her eyes and was a little responsive to the family. Hopefully, your good wishes are helping her recover. I have passed along all of your messages including the posts, pm's and emails to Zane and his family. He says thank you to everyone!

It helps if loved ones are there to comfort her. Hold her hand, talk to her, stroke her head, touch her. Hands on healing is where miracles come from.

Just to give you an update, Sue passed away Sunday morning at 10:30AM. We are going to miss her dearly.

Thank you again to everyone's nice words and prayers.

I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I pray that you and your family are comforted in knowing she is in a better place without pain and suffering.
