How about a race to 75 but the player who wins 25 games first on each day gets a $500 bonus?
For example, day 1 ends with Orcullo leading 25-19. Orcullo gets the bonus.
In day 2 SVB gets to 44 before Orcullo gets to 50. SVB gets the bonus even if Orcullo ends the day leading 50-44. The situation is the same in day 3. SVB gets the bonus if he gets to 69 before Orcullo gets to 75.
It might help keep the intensity up since there's a fresh stake every day.

Just to keep things on track: Not interested in if someone thinks they should play an all around of banks, cowboy and snooker. Just long set or multiple sets of one game. I know this will do no good but I had to say it for my own sanity.
Ok...hypothetically if you had say Dennis Orcollo and Shane Van Boening and they were gonna play a TAR match which format would you prefer:
Race to 75 over three days.
Race to 30, two out of three sets.
One way you are guaranteed three days but have the possibility of a blow out. The other way you are guaranteed multiple sets but may only get two days.
My gut tells me multiple sets is the way to go but lately there has been some people saying they want to see these guys in a long set so I wanted to see what people think.

So what do you think is a good way to see who the best ten ball player in the world is over the course of a weekend?
That's a great idea, when should TAR expect your $500 for the person to reach 25 games first.

Ask first Shane and Dennis....they might pick the same format....

It's not about the players
It's about the people buying the tar

Good lord, that is one thick box your mind is stuck in.
They'd split up the payout fund differently to account for the daily bonus. So instead of $4000 to the winner and $1000 to the loser, they'd pay $3000 to the winner and $500 to the loser with the other $1500 set aside for the daily bonus.
