I just got back from North Carolina and while I was there, I arranged a hookup with Koolkat9lives and Pinklady in Greensboro.

They arranged a get together with a few other AZers, too. The pool at the Breakers poolroom was a lot of fun, and I played better than usual.

I invited KK9 and Pinklady out to dinner, but they turned the tables on me, picking up the dinner check while I wasn't paying attention.

Still, the definite highlight of my day in Greensboro was beholding the outfit that Pinklady was wearing. A pink top, pink pants, and pink boots --- she dressed to her AZB name, and looked great doing it.

They sure treated me right in Greensboro and I'm very grateful.

It was a great time. I regret hitting the road home early. I was expecting icy roads. You were playing well. I hope one day to get you to yourself for a game or 10. Its always good to meet new people and I appreciate PInkLady's and KK9's invitation. I would like to see more Az get togethers, very rich indeed.
 
Stu...Wendy and Matt are indeed great folks and very gracious hosts. I'm hoping to see them again myself, the end of next month, as I'm passsing though Greensboro. Lots of nice people in Greensboro. One of these days, I hope we'll both be there at the same time! :thumbup:

PinkLady has some great stories and wish I could hang out with her and KK9. I have heard many of their crazy adventures and I am sure you walked away with some great stories of your own.

These three are infact the real deal. I was fortunate enough to get to hang out with all of them in Vegas not long ago. I cant wait to do it again:cool:

I'm a die hard North Carolina basketball fan...one of these days I am going to hit a basketball game out there for a mini vacation so clear your schedules. Maybe if I hit it big at this years WSOP I'll be able to come out and visit!
