We are putting the band back together!!!!

Thanks to Mark Griffin and the BCA pool leagues we are proud to announce that for The First Action Challenge we will have the most popular commentating duo in history in the box to make the call.

Billy Incardona and Grady Mathews will be in the box to call The Action Challenge!!!!

These two Legends are known as two of the most experienced and entertaining commentators in pool history. There informative and humorous interaction is known throughout the pool world. These guys are the best. They are going to add to everyone's entertainment and education over the course of this great event.

We want to thank Billy and Grady for taking the time out of their busy lives to come and help us with this event. These guys are the best and I can't wait for September 14th.

Once again thanks go to Mark Griffin and the BCA Pool Leagues for making this happen.

Because this is such a long event we may have a third commentator coming in to help with the heavy lifting.....stay tuned...I think you may like it. :D

since Billy left Grady out of his list of one holers, but seriously they will both be great and gentlemen. I wish it started today!!!!

Wow!

Amazing! I don't have enough good words to say about this. This is THE best possible move, in my opinion, that you guys could have done! You guys already had much credibility, but man, this is over the top!

What a great, great move. Dreams do come true....

Good thinking Leonard.

He's right guys. Please double check it and have a backup system that's also checked. Please don't let this mess up.

Whoa....

Hold up there prewarhero, we was in line here first! No cutting ahead for the DVDs! :D

The crowd jostles restlessly....

Who is going to do the play by play & who is going to be the color man?

I bet Grady couldn't be happier he was finally invited somewhere.

Great job! :)

How much will the DVDs be going for?

That's some funny shit! I can't wait to get the DVD's or the Download - I will pay for either. 16 hours of Grady and Billy sweating Corey and Shane - that's the NUTS.

Are you guys going to run ANY tests beforehand to check and see IF you can handle the bandwidth? I am going to pay the money just to support you but I will be seriously dissapointed if the feed doesn't work for me.

Man, I am totally stoked by this! Good call on Grady and Billy. Maybe the bonus feature on the DVD will be those two matching up for the cheese after the main event.

With Shane and Corey commentating. :-)

John no one this earth would be more dissapointed than us if this don't work. Actually dissapointed really doesn't quite capture it. Broke and humiliated would be more accurate terms.

So I ask you, if you were doing this would you test it first? If so, what makes you think we won't?

I have learned more about internet streaming in the last 2 months than I ever wanted to know. All I learned is that you pay people who know how to do it. Our provider handles Fortune 500 companies, when we asked what was considered a heavy load for the system, they replied "20,000 simultaneous users have been supported before on 1 stream"

I can tell you this you MUST USE INTERNET EXPLORER to watch the stream. If you don't you will have issues. You are also at the mercy of your connection. If it sucks, so will the feed. All this will be made clear before any one can buy the stream.

If you are still in China I have no earthly idea if it will work for you. I haven't invested much time in that particular niche.

Does all this mean something can't screw up or break? Nope. But if it does it damn sure won't be because we didn't test it.

Constructive optimism my man! That's all.

Yeah I would test it. I have been there all the way paying for, BCN's feeds, SpiderWeb's feeds, watching on Sopcast and TVU, as well as various others throughout the years. When they work it rocks - when they don't it sucks.

My advice which I KNOW you already know, is to gather together all the requirements, all the FAQ's on what you are using, and POST them CLEARLY. BCN did not do this, the IPT (through SpiderWeb) did NOT do this and so a lot of us users were stuck trying to support each other on the message boards. Please make sure that your provider gives you all the info so you can post it clearly on what the users should have available to them and what they should do if problems arise.

Good luck!

John
