That was really well done.

I enjoyed that a lot.

I feel like I've watched a few racks like that and unfortunately -- I've played a few of them.
 
For some reason, this is exactly how I perceived the Hustler, only that this one was shorter and more fun. :D

I found this version totally unrealistic....

...the final scene...

...Fats is going to a round robin tournament...
...he takes his cue apart and walks out...leaving the cue on the table..
...he's going to play the tournament outta the rack? :confused:


Other than that, I found this version bang on...:cool:
 
I'd love to know where this came from. At first I thought it might be an old SNL sketch, but it was too long for that. I thought it was a great satire of The Hustler! :thumbup:

You were close, Scott. It was called The New Show, an hour long sketch comedy show produced by Lorne Michaels. It did crappy in the ratings and only made it a season around 1984.
