Thanks Steve...Bob Maidhof???

Thanks for the update. Sorry that Bob Maidhof is not playing as he told me he had made prior plans well in advance of the announcement of the Tournament date. He is a class act!!!

I prefer to dwell on the great 14.1 credentials of those in this killer field, rather than the few stars who will, sadly, be absent.

I am especially pleased to see Shane Van Boening's name on the list. Most of us have caught Shane's magnificence in both 9-ball and 10-ball, but I never knew he played 14.1, and look forward to checking out his play.

To those who will participate, remember Mike Zuglan's memorable advice following Sigel's 150 and out in 1992 --- "Don't forget to work on your lag."

I agree, Stu. I am so thankful to Dragon, Comet, you, and Harold for making all this possible.

I second what Lipsky said; thanks for being a big financial supporter of this event, Stu. I know you are too modest to take some limelight on this, so I'll give you some well deserved props.

Where is Rempe

Where is the great Mattana??

I am still waiting for Jimmy to come back. His health is good. He has the Conolly Ultimate in his rec room...all the knowledge and can run 100+ balls on the old 80/20 Mali cloth. No more secondary and tierchiary (Spelling) break shots on the Simonis 860. Come back Jimmy!!!

Ralf?

Darren?

I didn't know that Vegar Kristiansen from Norway will play, but that's great news if it is true!

I am confused

DELETED - I made a reference to Liz' appearance in Time Warp but fear it could be misinterpreted.

Jude, I enjoyed Liz's Time Warp sequence but the original list that Steve Lipsky posted I assume came from Charlie Williams Camp. Don't understand the misinterpetation from the Time Warp. Am I missing something...is this list really true...I don't see Bobby Chamberlain form the PA Qualifier!

I watched Shane play in the Mezz 14.1 tournament last weekend on a live stream. It is always interesting to see a straight shooter like him go against an experienced 14.1 player.

sjm...tap, tap, tap...especially on your last line! Thanks for helping this tournament to happen. It's a shame that the WPA pulled the sanctioning from this event.
