There's also a old poster, a tournament announcement, of Frank vs. Minnesota Fats at the Venetian. Pretty cool. Great room Frank.

They don't make things like they used to. That is, in fact, one of the BEST home pool rooms I have ever seen in my life, bar none. I love the customized accents which complement the table with all its vintage glory.

Man, you are one lucky guy! :)
 
I can't keep my room that organized... and it never was that cool. What a great spot. Congratulations Frank on a wonderful home room. It's certainly in the running for best home room in captivity!

And thanks for the score keeper. It' works great.

Yeah, I know all the things you say are true but I"ve been warned that I'm guaranteed to get a close shave if I ever visit. :shocked2:

Ditto what Rick said here. Getcha a stinkin Uhaul and get on over to Carolina like you said you would within a year (uh hummm, that was a year ago :p).

I can see where it might take a while to build up enough courage to pull it off.

@ a year ago Frank pm'd me that he was coming to Carolina and moving to the area - maybe Charlotte. So we hooked up at Breakers with a few other AZers and banged 'em around a little. It was all social and no greenbacks were flying so I didn't get to see Frank put the throttle down. But I saw enough to know this man has serious, serious, mad skill. And he's quite a humble pleasant chap with more stories than maybe anyone not named Jay, lol.

Being a native of the LA area myself, I can empathize with the conflicting emotions evolving from the culture shock move from LA to NC, but... Hey, maybe I'm being selfish, but it'd be great to have Frank in the area.
 
Barber, your home pool room is exactly how i dream that mine might be some day. Nicest i have ever seen. Will someone please pinch me? l.o.l.
