Our cash league has a tournament at the end of each session for the best player on each team. Last night it was an $800 winner take all event.
During my second match I have a long, AWFUL cut shot. There is a guy directly in my line of sight twitching his right hand on his knee.
The whole room was watching my table. It's a small room and all of the matches were completed except mine. I did what I've done numerous times before. I kind of shook my hand and mouthed, "stop that." He grabbed his twitching right hand with his left. Stood up and immediately walked out of my line of sight.
At this moment, I knew I had screwed up. This guy has Parkinson's. My grandmother had Parkinson's. Ohh, I feel so awful.
I apologized profusely after the match. I still feel like an a-hole. :frown:
Lesson learned: Maybe getting sharked isn't the worst thing in the world.

I understand these people are trying to be nice. I also get negative help like people telling me I can't test ride a motorcycle(I have riden for several years), or can't do some job, etc. It goes with the territory. My preference are those people whom don't have an issue about my arm, can ask questions, don't shield their children and let me say what I cannot do.
