Is AZ having host issues?

It was slow yesterday, then working fine last night, and now it is slow again this morning.

Forum may be having schizophrenia issues. Now it is working just fine at the time of this writing. :p

Forum works ok but occasional delay in switching threads/forum areas due to
waiting on ad server.

Well, I guess I'm the only one who doesn't get the joke. Oh, well. No harm, no foul, I guess.

It's what they used to say to calm the crowd at Elvis concerts when they were clamoring for an encore. Just means it's gone and it won't be coming back. (The thread).

I just turned off the popup blocker in Safari and the latency disappeared. I'm going to add the ad server to my blacklist in OpenDNS and see what happens.

Hiccups...

It's similar to a recurring nightmare, never sure when it will happen. Right now AZ is the worst site that I visit, periods of slow, good then super slow followed by normal. At this point I am expecting it to crash sloooowwwwwy. I suppose it could be worse LOL!!!

Well that didn't work. Slow again. Gotta be related to adserver.azbilliards.com. Blocking it in OpenDNS has no effect. :frown:

Currently loading the first couple pages very slowly (10 sec +) then it seems to speed up cause all the banners got pulled. Currently pinging Chicago on that link.

Slow here as well.

Hitting the New York adserver

*edit* took about 30 seconds just to load the response

Long wait at start up, then it is better.

PS
It also took 30 seconds to post this, waiting for adserver.azbilliards.com

How am I supposed to get any work done at work if I have to wait for AZ to load up all the time?????????? :banghead:

I'm having intermittent problems when connecting with my laptop. Tapatalk works fine though...thought it was some problem with my office network until I stumbled across this thread. Have the same probs since 2 days ago but real intermittent.
