Much Needed Prayers for an AZer.....

Hey everyone...there is an AZer who most desperately needs all the prayers...good thoughts...good vibes and well wishes that we can muster...they have asked that their name not be mentioned as they do not want to worry people and I have agreed to abide by their wishes...at some later point they may come forward with that info but that is strictly their choice...

They have recently been diagnosed with the beginning stages of brain cancer which hopefully the doctors think they may have caught in time...though I do not have an exact date as of yet surgery will take place in January...in the meantime they and their family are going through an unbearably hard and painful time...the meds are making them dizzy and sick to their stomach....in addition the headaches come and go and have gotten worse....

I told them they have their own huge private prayer circle right here on AZ and that's what convinced them to allow me to post this Thread...they will come on AZ when they can as most days they are just too sick to do so...so let's show them what we here can do...

I am also posting this Thread in the NPR Section to reach as many people as I can and have pm'd Mr. Wilson about it...thanks everyone and I'll keep you informed as much as I can....

I will keep them in my prayers. Thank you for doing what you can to help them in this difficult time.
 
I will say a prayer for this person and hopefully they will pull through !!

Just a couple of years ago I came on here with a similar prayer request for my wife who was diagnosed with breast cancer. I certainly appreciate all the thoughts and prayers that went out for her. She, through the grace of God and diligent work of many fine doctors, has pulled through everything in an even better way than anyone could've expected. I pray the same will be true of any AZBer (and their family) who are facing similar or other adversities. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank those who honored my request as well. It really meant quite a bit to me knowing that everyone cared, and gave their best wishes. The least I can do is return the favor to others.

Thank God that it was diagnosed early and can be treated effectively. Here's wishing for the best.
