I never turn away buisness, I could have been soo buisy that i lost some people in the croud! at any givin time there would be 10-20 people in the booth and i was the one with the prices! so if i over looked somone iam truly sorry!

Bill's booth was packed all weekend long with shoppers and tons of visitors just gawking over the incredible cues. I thought all the Cornerstone crew did a great job of trying to personally talk to everyone about the cues in general as well as pricing and cue specs. Not just the high end cues but every cue they had on display. From the sneaky petes to the ultra high end stuff.
The displays were awesome and all the cues, of course, were just stunning! I've never been to the Expo before so everything was very cool. But the Cornerstone booth was by far one my favorite booths at the SBE. You can see a lot of work was put into the set up. I can't wait till next year!

thanks buddy! i remember that photo we had to move people back to take it! there was times in my booth i could not even gety out!LOL again if i missed somone (my bad) i tried to ask any one if they had any questions feel free to ask. but i also had to be short with answers and could not spend the time i wanted with each and every customer! so if any one else was left out pm me!
In all honesty here I am going to provide my gods honest opinion. I felt that Bill was quite short with people who he perceived didnt have the kind of cash needed to purchase a 5k to 10k cue. There were some moments where I literally felt ignored for this exact reason. Now what I had to trade wasn't as valuable as I had thought and I understand that however I was trying to work out some kind of deal and it was very difficult to have a conversation with someone when every two seconds they were looking past you at someone else there. While i get the booth was crazy busy in all honesty I felt ignored perhaps because I was the little guy.
I brought my friend Stevekur1 with me to purchase something high end in the 3k range and in all honesty was embarassed. At one moment he looked at me with pure disgust and said something to the effect of "Why am I bothering". Now again I understand that my cue wasnt as valuable as originally thought thats cool but it was liek pulling teeth to get an answer or see a different cue. I know there were many cues in the cases behind the booth however it was very difficult to get to those or some were locked. When I asked about them I was asked to come back later. Seriously? Come back later?
To say I felt skunked is an understatement. In all honesty I have no idea how many cues were purchased from Bill at the expo. However I saw a lot more people walk in say there ooooooh's and aaaaaah's say thanks and leave than people purchasing. Just not a good experience at this booth I guess. I had spoken with Bill on the phone prior to the expo in regards to the cues I was bringing with me to trade and he sounded quite confident on the phone that we could work something out for both. These cues were both in perfect condition and when they came out of the case they were automatically looked down on and down played. Now i get that reaction I do I just dont understand the build up on the phone. Was that to just get me down there? To get me to see what else he had for sale? Im not sure.
I wish I had something better to report guys I really do but I was skunked which is fine but the one that gets me is Stevekur1. He was literally ignored for quite some time and as I said it didnt appear that that many people were actually buying and with this economy you would think that someone looking for a cue to buy who was quite serious would be taken more seriously.

Hello All, this is my very first post. I met Bill at the SBE this year in his very busy booth on Saturday afternoon. I first met Stan the Banker (who is a very nice man) while Bill was attending another customer. I waited approximately five minutes and he spoke to me about my request. I had a cue that I wanted to trade in and he helped me. I was not sure what I wanted but he showed several cues in my price range. He gave a very fair market price on a beautiful six point South West. I am also considered "a little guy" because all I had was the cue and a thousand dollars to spend. I am very sorry for the experience the other gentlemen had, but I wanted to say this was infortunate mishap. I plan on future dealings with Bill in the future.
I was at Bill's booth as well at SBE...he knows that i wasn't buying for a cue but he spend 5 mnutes of his time talking to me just to say hi and talk about a funny story...I totally understand that he was a busy person ...his booth was the only booth that i know that alwasy pack since i got there...He also helped my friend to do the trade and my friend was very happy about the new paul mottey he got from Bill ....I understand Bill cannot stay in one customer for more than 1/2 hour...he gave you an option to choose and it's up to the customer to think and he move to other customer to try to assist...Bill is one man person that knows the fair price of his cue..he only have 4 days to make a sell...I think Bill did a great job taking care of his customers at the SBE...

Yes, the Cornerstone Booth is very busy at times. Bill, Stan, Paul and myself tried our best with helping each and every customer with questions and prices. Bill is the only one who knows the prices of his cues. You could have asked anyone of us for help and we would have been happy to assist you. Sometimes Bill would be very busy, but he did not mind when I interrupted him for a price on a cue. During those four days, Bill has a lot on his plate. Imagine having to set-up and break-down the booth everyday and account for each cue and their shafts. Hope to see you at the Cornerstone Booth next year.

Myself, Lu and Paul were at Bill's booth 99% of the time and tried to help people while Bill was busy taking care of other customers. Granted we were very busy most of the time but I never heard the first customer complain about Bill not taking care of his customers. If we could not answer a question about a cue then many times I personally interupted Bill and got the question answered. Never once did I hear Bill or see Bill not try and do his best to take care of questions and customers.

Number 1: I am wrong ? Now you are entitled to your opinion and while I respect that I also have mine. I do think Bill is a nice guy. I just had a bad experience plain and simple GOD FORBID. I spoke with quite a few people who felt ignored and like they were the little guys so their business wasnt good enough. I am simply sharing an experience.
