New TAR Studio in Las Vegas.

I was playing with this concept as well, as I think it is long overdue in our industry.

Kudos on getting it done. I look forward to touring and utilizing the facility myself in the future.

Will there be an open house during the trade show?

Nice, so smart. That ought to cut the variables (which I'm sure were just KILLER) working in various rooms and situations. Control is the key to the game, and that looks like a mega huge stride toward control. I can't wait to order your first PPV. Get it on!

Thanks

Kevin

Justin,

Wow, this looks fanastic, wishing you and the TAR team the best moving forward. Where can I send the lucky signed dollar for good luck?:thumbup::thumbup:

One thing I don't understand, why can't you simply complain about the state of pool like everybody else? Wouldn't that be a lot easier? :eek ;):D

Great job! (and thank you)

Dave

Very nice setup!!! Best wishes for you and the rest of TAR.

One thing... I don't think you have enough monitors and where's the beer tap?:D

Is it TAR-The Action Report?
or TAR-Totally Awesome Repertoire?

Justin,

Looks great but, maybe I am just missing them in the pics and will check the videos later but did you get the following things that I requested in there or are they for future updates to the space:

Private Massage table with stripper pole for a quick "Tension Reliever" during big matches.

Fully stocked alcohol, and sushi bars.

Thanks, cannot wait for a match to sweat, two words ONE POCKET!!!!

Take Care

That is a pimp spot, can y'all pimp my man cave too? Already got the fly ass table. Decor needed, thanks.

Congratulations Justin and everyone involved!!!

This is great news for all of us fans. You paid your dues for this and I hope very good things come from it.

Looking forward to the great matchups and podcasts! Hope to see some really cool stuff come out of there!. Here's a idea if it's not already in effect...Dedicate one camera at least, that is recording and available to stream at all times when there's players in there, or even hacks. Even though most of it could get erased, if something really special or cool happens, at least one camera with audio can capture it.

Plus it can be written off for security or insurance reasons (Seinfeld to Kramer "You don't even know what "written off means, do you" :)

I hope I can come out and hang out there sometime. It sure seems like a place I could call home:smile: Hmmmm... I'm sure there's room for a cot in the back:cool:

Justin...What a great setup! Can you please PM me with costs for utilizing the studio, in line with producing an instructional dvd. Randyg and I are definitely interested!

The wall prints are real nice too. Nice to see something other than Dogs Playing Pool!

Hey, cool it on the personal insults. :D;)

Wowzer!!! "If you build it they will come!"

Can't wait to hear about the first stream from the new permanent TAR PIT!

How big is the table?

Based on the relationship of the large diamonds (L & R) that are part of the Diamond logo on the facing of the short rail... and their relationship to the nearest diamonds on the rail, I would say that the table is a 9-footer. I have a 9-footer and the relationships are the same as on my table.

What I don't quite understand is why Justin & Co. selected a Smart table (with a coin op to feed).

It must either be deactivated... or perhaps it's an additional revenue source.

Either way, I'm tickled that TAR has done this.

Justin - Does the room have enough space for one of the new Diamond 10-footers? If so, that would be sweet.

Love the set-up, can't wait to see the next match. Justin could you PM me on how to get your podcast. Sounds like something I would be interested in.

Thanks,

Shorty

I don't know what their reasoning was, but without the system I don't think the cueball return works. It will return in the same place as the rest of the balls instead of at the head of the table. I'm sure they will just turn it off.

The table in here now is one of the nine footers that was used during the US Open 10 Ball. All of those tables are Smart Tables so that they could rent them out for play after the tournament day ended. The coin mech is turned off of course.

A ten footer will fit just fine when they become available and there's bar tables 20 minutes away we can roll in if the need arises. Having CSI and Diamond in our corner is a huge advantage.

I am not affiliated with TAR, and obviously this is just my opinion, but......The players that TAR brings in for "action" matches are in essence "partners" of TAR. I find it highly unlikely that they would make their "partners" feed quarters into on the TAR table.
