This really gets my goat because in a thread a few months ago he told me whwn i chimed in about where my cue was he said he asking him or harrassing him wasn;t getting my cue any faster. Now this guy has the nerve to tell me i am a class act.
I beleive i have been fairly under control considering the smart a$$ replies from him and the backdoor threats and yet I am the class act?

For good meaure here is where my frustration began and i feel i was threatened by KV and the reason i beleive i do not have my cue as the last promise was "you will have your cue...unrushed by the end of May.

The rest are on time and he said that some will come out before others something about some were quicker to make cause he already had certain wood closer to finnish size so a few will ship sooner.
The only problem here are some pushy customers but its no big deal ask any pool cuemaker they got stories buddy you no it! Let you in on a little secret too. Spent a little time with Kev and since I'm a wood worker - fabricator and have lathe experience he's now letting me turn some tapers on some wood. WOW! :dance: Not exactly making me a cuemaker but I'm trying to pay close attention
and after peaking over his shoulder for a couple hours he goes to great extra lengths on little things and all for function. I got a hole bag full of his cues and I'm not ashamed to say they play better than any I've owned and I was playing years ago with a 1 of high end Nova that I still own. You don't see too many unhappy Varney owners so like I said that tells a different story. Sorry if I seem rude tonight I just wanted to say my peice. I'll bow out now and wait for the red rep from the other camp. Not that I ever have but I won't be posting here much more anyway as I gave Kev my word heck he'll prolly make me sign some no compete form.:grin:

The issue IS NOT whether KV makes a great cue or not. The issue IS about how he lies to his customers, makes and then breaks promises, has the gall to be offended and blame his customers for wanting a cue that they have paid for and have been waiting a long time for and for his utter lack of communication with his customers.

KV is biting the hand that feeds him as there are others out there that wont post as they are scared they wont get a quality product or will be pushed to the back of the line. And I'm just a random poster here that sees and hears things and I know that. So instead of calling your customers names why dont one of you EXPLAIN the LONG DELAY on delivering cues that were paid for YEARS AGO?

I agree with all you have said, and this is the real problem that those individuals can't see. If it is not the fact the customer is a Jerk, then he uses his line that he is a family man and family comes before all else, or the Mod's told me not to respond. All of his excuses are terrible and he can't see how he looks. But, the statements about how he is a family man makes me ill, because he is hurting his own family more than member of this forum, and that is unexcusable. Kevin is taking the food off their table, and the cloths off their backs by screwing his customers, the very people who provide his means of support.
Kevin, if you are a man you should ask everyone to forgive your bad behavior, dude you should do this on bended knee. I am certain if you did this and changed your business practices not all, but many forum members could find it in their heart for the sake of your family to forgive you. I hope you think about this and come clean with everyone, don't do it for yourself, do it for your family.
