I can tell you i've played with many of the cues you have listed below. IMO, Dishaw is the best on your list. As for others you should look at, Bender, Gilbert, and Capone. Those three are my top three players.

I just joined, I am an old pool player originally from Tucson, Az. I used to manage Old Pueblo Billiards for Weldon, in the late '70s. Noticed your reference to Steve Knight passing and linked in here.
I am 56 now, but back then I was 25. Were you around OPB back then, and did you know the regulars in 76-79/80? I had heard that Troy? bought it when? and then they tore it down, I always wonder about some of the 'gang from back then. Tim ?. Tall caucasian with huge afro, Marshall, Alabama Sam, Steve Knight RIP, Where would the old timers comfortably hang out, and shoot some pool. Did another pool hall get the old 6x12 snooker table that used to be in the back of OPB?
I plan on revisiting the old pueblo/tucson again and would like to shoot some pool and perhaps run into some of the good ol boys, and remember.

I haven't tested it out yet but it's sturdier than my old bag. I'll pack my cases inside pretty well. Just need to bag to basically carry them and some clothes. Nice that it has wheels!!

What can you get me a Tiger Ultra shaft 3/8x 10? It's for the same Carolina Custom I ordered a few months ago. I'm having trouble adjusting to the 11.75 shaft. I can't get my english control down and am miscuing a good bit with this Xpro. I played with the Ultra for awhile and loved it.

Please check my listing for the scrugg's coco sneaky / Predatoe CC-3 , I sold this to FWCampbell for 700 dollars. This guy (hippocues1969) PM's me and say's he will give the guy who bought it 200 bucks more for it and will throw me fifty if he goes for it. I sent a PM to Campbell stateing this and had allready shipped the cue and sent him tracking info. I get another email say that Campbell agreed to sell it to him and Campbell said if I didnt ship yet I could ship direct to him. Campbell allready knew I shipped it so I got an uneasy feeling so I sent a pm to Campbell telling him about this and he replied that he had not agreed to this. I dont know for sure that Hippocues1969 was running a scam but please monitor his going's on for a while.
