That budget does not purchase much vehicle in the US these days. As for registering
with UK plates, I have no idea if that is even possible. To find that style van I would
recommend contacting fleet managers of various telephone and other utility companies
and inquire on purchasing a retired vehicle from their disposal inventory.

Hello Sir I was advised to give you a shout as a man in the know! :) I am travelling to america via Detroit initially in hope of buying a vehicle and registering it on a UK licence. Pref I would like a ford E150 sleeper van or similar but only have a budget of around $2500-3000

finally got the pens, the lights are kinda crappy, but they work, but any black light will show the pen marks so i guess thats the real important thing, send me a mailing address and i'll get them in the mail early next week. you buy beer next time. later chuck
