It's hit and miss! If I find one with a really nice butt, I'll check to see if it's straight because I can always buy a shaft to add to it. If I find one with a good shaft and butt, it's like hitting the lottery! LOL For $35, you'll have a bunch of stuff to practice one, use the worst ones first of course and see if there are any that would produce a nice cue later on after you have it all down. Hope that helps!

I am new to AZbilliards but I have a perfect record as a fast payer on eBay (grcaputo). Would you accept an offer of one hundred and twenty dollars ($120.00) for the Judd 3/8 x 10 shaft including shipping?

Thanks for considering my offer.

Bob, as we had talked on the phone there would be no hard feelings either way. I'm sorry I just can't sell for any lower than $4,500. I have had an offer of $4,000 when I first put it on AZ from another gentleman in Florida also. I wish you the best. Todd

Hey tank
Quick question. Have any luck picking up old beat up house cues and restoring them to playability ? What sort of pitfalls should I lookout for with such a project?
Got a customer of Craig's list selling me 24 cues for $35. Many look like house cues. They are beat up, missing ferrules and tips, etc. still for $35 its good practice and even if not 1-2 come out ok I shouldn't take a total loss.

not sure, but please leave mm size of your playing shaft, 12.75 mm or 11.75 mm, which do you need in the uni lock joint.
Happy Birthday !!! First, I son't know a Monroe Jones in cues, sorry. Cant' help there. I will check with a friend on your shooting cue shaft, just so I am clear, let me know, it has a uni lock joint and your looking for a tip of 12.75 mm ?? or are you looking for a 11.75 mm ?? I would not change a thing on your jump cue other than practice more !!, lol.
