Bet parts of your body....

Billy Incardona and I hardly ever agree on anything. We have been arguing with each other for almost 50 years, but when it comes to gambling he dont miss a trick. In a gambling session he might be wrong about what shot to shoot, but as far as the stipulations and the conditions of the bet, you can bet parts of your body that his side is sporting all the facts. I have never seen him put in a phoney claim in my whole life. So I dont need a Scott Frost to verify Billy's story, if Billy said it, that's exactly what happened. He cant shoot straight no more, but he can still think and strategize. Dont dare bet that he is losing it in those departments. As far as negotiations go, he has no peer. I dont know Viffer, but it dont take a prosecution atty to see that his story is weaker than my nine ball break. The fact that he put in a claim after a neutral guy gave a decision, and threatened to not pay off anything when he was in effect 14 games loser, is a pretty good character indicator.

Dippy convincing?, he threatened to not pay for that 3rd set. His time and place meeting Scott were not possible as Scott was with Billy. He bough the truck from Dippy for 10k before they played those sets, like a week or 2 before that. Dippy said the title would be on its way. Dippy left and said he would settle up later, no money/no watch.

Scott wont post on here, he does not even go online but about once a month as he is out and about and rarely checks things like this. He has no user name on here either, it wont change anything if he does come on here as Billy and me posted all the facts, I posted on Scott's behalf also. Billy did not mention me or anyone else who was involved in his post because it really has little or no point. Get a cup of coffee and come back and post. :p

You are most welcome to respond to any post I make, anytime. And as for you thinking I "deemed you an a**hole", well that's simply not true. I did point out that I felt you used poor judgement in speculating over Lenny's family responsibilities but I now see that you and Lenny have put all that in your rear-view mirrors, so it's all good.

As for my condemnation of Dippy Dave, it's just a tongue-in-cheek assessment of what all is going on. I believe that you have indicated you feel exactly the same as me about this, right? I just took it one step further by passing the sentence. ;)

now tonight scott came into poolroom drunk with a huge black guy who roughed me up they attemted to rob me and assulted me, that how rational people do things,

i just got a call from my friends that scott just entered the rhino and was asked if i wanted any thing to happen to him wich i said no, i dont handle things that way.

i guess a 66 year old man, a world class pool player, and a family man with 2 kids resort to extortion and robery. you guys are great ambasdors for your spot and i think its great how everyone looks up to them.

Dippy, you're showing your stupidity, why would Scott try to have you robbed if you paid him? And what gives you the balls to infer that if he did I had something to do with it? If I wanted to get you robbed we wouldn't be having this conversation. In poker when you bluff sometimes you get called, well you're called, so you can throw your hand away and play another.

I walked into the Cue Club right after the incident with the "6'8" Samoan and the 100 cops".

There were 10 cop cars outside so I guess they were riding 10 in a car. If the dude who touched up Dippy was 6'8 then I am 8'2". No medics were there, no one got hooked up, and no blood was on the floor so it couldn't have been that bad.

Whatever happened between Scott and Dippy (I believe Billy's version 100%) Scott won't see anything from him now IMO. I heard some of the moves Dippy pulled on Scott the last few days. If someone did that to me I would come up with something a lot more evil than pushing a guy down on a pool table in public.

Now that Scott took it to the next level he has to watch his back as well. Sh!t like this is how people get hurt.

I thought I did state in my posts that what I relayed was hearsay, but maybe I did not make that clear. Of course, I was not there.

I probably should have been more generous with my quotation marks in my replies.

Never said any blood was shed or medics were present. The "100 cops" "6'8" Samoan" comments is what was stated to me. I apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding this may have caused you or anybody else.

I too was just being tongue-in-cheek. It's funny/weird how the post can change in context whenever we get lazy and don't add-in the little emoticons that would cleary show our intentions.

Yes, I manned-up and "mended my fences" with Lenny, hopefully with you too. I have no quarrels with ANYBODY on this site (or anywhere in my life).

I rarely take anything in life serious enough to get all worked-up over. Mostly, I get by from laughing at everything, and for the most part, BS'ing my way through life.

Shoot well, my friend, and may "Grunt" the Pool God give you the good rolls!!!

If I were owed the 50, I might not have let him leave without the $25k and watch. Just me.

IM not pointing fingers, just saying something doesn't add up. Either Scott or Dippy is telling a lie. I have no doubt you and Billy are telling the truth.

We posted 4k at the start and it was in for each set so yes the original 4k was given back along with the first 2 sets winnings, the 3rd set was not paid. Gotta go fellas and relax by the pool, the internutz makes me tired. :wink:

My thoughts exactly. Until Dave can clarify when he supposedly paid Scott (preferably by presenting a witness), things will continue to look worse for Dave's side of the story.

If you are indeed telling the truth Dave, now is the time to spit out the details.

Sarah used to be 5'8" before she fired the air rocket at me. True story.

To keep the thread on point I would just like to add that the thought that Dippy paid Scott $50K and he is going to all this trouble in order to stiff his partners is retarded.

I have heard Dippy pull his "I am not paying if I don't like how you act" move several times. He always gets away with it because of pool gambling rule number 3. The thing is people will always come to play him and put up with it because there is nowhere else you can win as much money. He knows this very well and gets off on exploiting that fact. Whether he pays Scott or not it won't change anything. He will be in action whenever he wants. He knows this too.

As for this nonsense I agree but it's already on here do it's open for discussion. First of all it shouldn't be on here. Secondly this all needs to handled privately among all those concerned. Thirdly, in my opinion the people involved need to take it down a notch before someone gets hurt really bad.
