Hey Jesse, I just wanted to make sure you and the IA crew knew about the upcoming RCC (River City Classic) next month. You can check out the tourney flyer @ http://www.RiverCityBilliardTour.com

You should also bring some flyers or info on your November MidWest tour stop and other events @ your new place.
No problem buddy!!! Thanks for the invite...I'm always drooling over your gear :grin-square:, and your posts are wise, and well thought out...Good talking to you!!

James (Whitey) Spach is still here in Charleston and he's doing well. I bought a cue from him about a month ago. He has a very nice house and shop in Mt. Pleasant, SC (next to the city of Chas.). I heard that Larry Jackson is still around, but I haven't heard of him playing any pool lately. He was one of the strongest bar box players that i've seen and I don't know about Red or Huey.
Hi Eric, yeah I know what ya mean, I like to keep chalking my cue simple, and the least amount of motion I can, I'll chalk sitting or waiting to shoot with my grip hand, other than that it's my bridge hand.

laters,
Cat
Hi Eric, I use my right hand while waiting to shoot so i can look over my tip, use left while shooting..........David

That's how I use chalk as well, when i'm at the box I cant chalk with my right hand(shooting arm) I'd fumble my cue and drop it, switching hands with a cue and chalk, it would litterly land on the forearm of the cue on the edge of the table and beat the shit out of the cue,

I do what Efren does is roll the chalk around the tip left handed while shooting, then like you sitting down I use my right hand. I have never dropped a cue or picked up the chalk sideways and had to look and see where the useable side is. But I been playing over 25 years now.

take care,

eric :)
